b. Transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, obscene, or defamatory. c. Engaging in any illegal activity through the use of our services.
2.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated any of these terms.
3. Restricted Behavior
3.1 You must not engage in any behavior that may have a negative impact on our network or disrupt the services provided to other users.
3.2 Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
a. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our network or systems.
b. Introducing any viruses, malware, or other harmful code that could compromise the security or
stability of our services.
c. Using our phone system for a calling campaign without written agreement from Surge Telecom,
Inc.
3.3 If you exceed 3,000 minutes of usage per month, we reserve the right to terminate your service for abuse to our system.
3.4 We reserve the right to take immediate action, including the suspension or termination of your access to our services, if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have engaged in restricted behavior or violated these terms.
4. Limitations of Liability
4.1 Surge Telecom, Inc. strives to provide reliable and high-quality services. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical glitches.
4.2 We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services.
4.3 Our liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
